FAQ

Questions about AI assistants

01

Is this a chatbot?

Not usually. Most of what we build works behind the scenes: reading, sorting and drafting inside your inbox, CRM or ERP. A customer-facing chat is possible, but it is rarely the best first step.

02

What if it gets something wrong?

It drafts and a person approves, at least until the error rate is clearly low. It also flags anything it is unsure about instead of guessing.

03

Is our data safe?

We use your accounts and approved AI providers, limit what the assistant can access to what it needs, and agree with you up front what information it may use.
