SAP Business One integration with your CRM, store and team
SAP Business One is the backbone for a lot of distributors and equipment businesses. The trouble is that sales, service and customers usually work somewhere else. We connect it to those places, so orders, stock and invoices are right everywhere, not just in the ERP.

Questions we get about SAP Business One
Can SAP Business One integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. A common split is sales and service in HubSpot, with operations and finance in SAP. Customers sync both ways. Quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices come from SAP and show in HubSpot as read-only, so there is one source of truth for money.
Can Shopify orders go straight into SAP Business One?
Yes. Paid orders can create sales orders in SAP with the customer, items and payment details filled in, and stock levels can flow back to the store. Most of the work is in mapping your items and variants properly so nothing gets overwritten.
Do you replace our SAP partner?
No. Your SAP partner looks after the ERP itself. We work on what sits around it: the connections to your CRM, store, portal and team. We are happy to work with them.
Why not just export to Excel?
You can, and most teams do. The problem is that exports are out of date the moment they are made, and someone has to rebuild them every week. Live connections and dashboards remove that job.
