Questions we get about Microsoft 365 and Copilot

Is Copilot worth it for a small business?

For the right roles, yes. It saves the most time for people who spend a lot of the day in email, documents and meetings. Our advice is to start with a few people, train them properly, check usage after a month or two, and expand from there.

What do we need to sort out before using Copilot?

Mainly permissions and where files live. Copilot can see what each person can access, so loose SharePoint permissions are worth tidying first. Files kept on desktops or personal drives are invisible to it.

Is your AI training a course?

No. It is hands-on sessions built around your team's real work. Each person leaves having used AI on tasks they actually had to do that week.
